The Prayer to Padmasambhava and the Four Elemental Goddesses for Pacifying Disasters Arising from the Elements

SA CHU ME LUNG JUNG-WA’Y BAR-CHHAY KYII
When elemental obstacles of earth, water, fire, and wind
GYU-LÜ YAR-PO JIK LA T’UK-PA’Y TS’E
Threaten to destroy your borrowed illusory bodies,
YI-NYII T’E-TS’OM MEY PAR SÖL-WA DEP
Without second thoughts or hesitation, pray
OR-GYEN JUNG-WA ZHI YI LHA-MOR CHAY
To Oddiyana, together with the Goddesses of the Four Elements;
JUNG-WA RANG-SAR ZHI-WAR T’E-TS’OM MEY
Have no doubt that the elements will be pacified in their own place!
OR-GYEN PAY-MA JUNG-NAY LA SÖL-WA DEP
I pray to Oddiyana Padmakara:
SAM-PA LHÜN GYII DRUP-PAR JIN-GYII-LOP
Grant your blessings that my wishes be spontaneously accomplished!

Translated by Sherab Zangpo (Erick Tsiknopoulos) in March 2011 to help pacify world-wide elemental disasters, in particular the tsunami which struck Japan. Translated from a Tibetan pecha which was distributed in Dharamsala, India.
