The Prayer for Attracting Auspicious Signs

by Jamgön Ju Mipham Rinpoche

HUNG: CHHOK SUM TSA SUM NGAK DANG CHHAK GYAY THÜ

HUNG: Through the extraordinary mantric and mudric power of the Three Jewels and Three Roots,

TEN YO SRID ZHI’I CHHYA YANG GE TSEN KÜN

May all the auspicious signs of the entire animate and inanimate world, the states of conditioned existence and ultimate peace, and their quintessence

DIR KHUK DIR DÜ PHEL GYAY MI NUB PAR

Be drawn in here, be gathered here! May they increase and flourish without waning,

DE KYI TRA SHI LEK TSOK PEL BAR SHOK

And may bliss, happiness, good fortune, prosperity, and glory blaze!

This was composed by Dhih in the Wooden Snake Year, on the 6th day of the 11th month. Virtue![1]

Translated by Eric Tsiknopoulos (Sherab Zangpo)

[1] This short prayer was written on the same day as Mipham Rinpoche’s The Condensed Smoke Offering for the Cleansing of Impurities, and is included in the Condensed Smoke Offering section of his Sungbum (Collected Works). It has no specific title.
